2025 Recital Information
Dear Parents,
Your child is invited to perform in the annual WEBBY Dance Company dance recital as we celebrate 22 YEARS of business in the Tampa Bay and Central Florida areas! Performance is an important part of training and dancing on stage is a thrill that lasts a lifetime. Whether this is your first or fifth year with us, we hope you will join the stage with us this May! Each class will perform a dance routine, which has been choreographed especially for them, and all classes will participate in the "finale". There will be approximately 175 performers ages two years through 5th grade and will last no longer than an hour and a half. Get registered TODAY!
The total to participate in our production is $145. We have listed a cost breakdown below. It includes your child's costume, tights, recital fee, video and recital shirt! ----
Costumes/Tights: $80
Costumes and tights have been selected for each dance class. Your child will be properly measured by their instructor. This fee covers the cost of your child’s costume, tights to match, and shipping/processing fees. Costumes are yours to keep after recital. After costumes have been ordered, we will send out another email with the name of your child’s dance and a costume photo. *Boys will NOT need tights under their garments. Your costume total is $70 and we will manually remove the additional tights charge upon enrolling in recital*
Recital Fee $25/Professional Video $25/Commemorative Recital T-Shirt $15:
Each family will be charged a recital fee to cover production costs incurred from auditorium rental, technical crew, printing, stage props, sets, costume ordering/shipping etc. and a professional video fee. We ask that you do not video during our recital but will have a professional videographer capturing the show in its entirety. Each family will receive a digital download a couple weeks after the show and you can share with whomever you like!
*If you have more than one child enrolled, you only need to pay ONE recital fee and ONE video fee.*
Commerative Recital t-shirts will be made for each child participating in our show! The $15 charge covers the cost of your child's t-shirt.
Shoes: You are responsible for purchasing the correct shoe and color for your child to wear with their costume. Pink ballet shoes are required for preschool girls. Black ballet shoes or sneakers are required for all boys. Tan jazz shoes are required for elementary girls.

Tickets: Admission to the performance will be $15 per person (children two and under who will be seated on an adult’s lap are admitted free) Tickets will be available for purchase starting April 4, 2025. More information regarding tickets and how to purchase via TuTuTix will be emailed out in the spring.
ALL COSTUME ORDERS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN JANUARY 3, 2025. We encourage you to get your costume order in ASAP to ensure your child's costume availability. (Payment plans are available to those that need extra time to pay. Call or email our office for more information. We are happy to work with you so your child can participate with their class!)
